About the Course
In this one-evening workshop, taught by Inaka Weerasinghe, Executive Chef at The Royal Yacht, students will learn how to make several different types of dumplings, wontons, and gyoza. Students will learn how to make various fillings and how to fill and fold different types of dumplings. Students will be required to purchase their own ingredients in advance. This course is adaptable to make it vegetarian-friendly. Please note this course is not eligible for any concessionary rates.
