About the Course
In this one-evening course, taught by Inaka Weerasinghe, Executive Chef at The Royal Yacht, students will gain confidence in the basics of preparing and creating sushi rolls. By the end of the course, students will have learned how to prepare fillings, cook sushi rice, and roll their own sushi. Students will be required to purchase their own ingredients in advance. Please not this course is not eligible for any concessionary rates.
