About the Course

A playful workshop exploring how clay and ceramics can be used as a tool for social and political engagement with your communities and those in positions of power, lead by London-based artist and activist Jo Pearl. Participants will co-create an installation piece, and also make their own disarming gift for someone whose thinking they would like to influence. Lively conversations and network building with like-minded people to be anticipated. Ceramics techniques to be used include hand-building, slip decoration, press moulding, scraffito.
