About the Course
For students with previous yoga experience. In this 10-week course, students will perform yoga safely and effectively through a step-by-step approach. Students will release tension in poses whilst maintaining good posture and alignment. Through yoga, students will tone and stretch their muscles, lubricate their joints, and increase their flexibility and blood circulation. Students must bring their own yoga mats.
