About the Course
Learn how to decorate cakes for all occasions - weddings, christenings, birthdays. You will be provided with a vanilla sponge and cake board. You will have the use of tools to ice and decorate under the guidance of two tutors Clair Porter and Sally Camara. From evenly slicing a sponge to fillings, straight edges, crumb coating, flat icing and decorating techniques. Please note this course is not eligible for any concessionary rates. Students will take home their creations at the end of the course.
