About the Course
During this workshop, students will learn and practice Tibetan Chants. Chanting is scientifically proven to have positive effects on the brain. Chanters also report that the practice can help heal the body, protect the mind and manifest desires. This workshop compliments the Sound Bath Meditation which precedes it. Students should wear casual, comfortable clothes. Students should bring a yoga mat and blanket. Please note this course is not eligible for any concessionary rates.
