About the Course
A rhythm of meditative movement and stillness. By the end of this course, students will be able to comfortably rest in stillness of meditation and will learn some somatic meditation that uses the flow of sensations generated by the body to harness and pacify the mind. This develops a deep acceptance of what actually is without any struggle or skill required. Please note that this class will not run on Thursday 11th May.
