About the Course
For students with some previous yoga experience who want to improve their yoga practice. In this 10-week course, students will learn yoga safely and effectively through a step-by-step approach. Students will learn to release tension in poses whilst maintaining good posture and alignment. Through yoga, students will tone and stretch their muscles, lubricate their joints, and increase their flexibility and blood circulation. Students must bring their own yoga mats.
