About the Course
A gentle hatha yoga practice for beginners. Students will begin by mobilising the major joints in the body with soft rhythmic movements and discover how to consciously relax. Students must bring their own yoga mats, some cushions for support and a blanket. Please note that this class will not run on Thursday 9 May.
