About the Course
A great class to start the day and week ahead. This class will focus on proper alignment with the use of blocks and straps, breath and meditation (relaxation /Savasana) and will help to build up core, balance and strength. This class is medium level and is a perfect aid to other sports such as golf, surfing and runners.
