About the Course
A rhythm of meditative movements that will prepare students to come into mindful stillness. By the end of the course, students will be able to come into the stillness of meditation with the help of somatic movements, that uses the flow of sensations generated by the body to harness and pacify the mind. These movements are based on traditional yoga. This meditative practice helps students develop a deep acceptance of what actually is without any struggle or skill required.
