About the Course
Qigong is an ancient Chinese holistic self-care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused thought. Qigong promotes relaxation, flexibility, coordination, strength, and dynamic balance, allowing practitioners to remain fit and energised throughout their lives. The eight-week course will cover an introduction to a Foundation Qigong Practice. At the end of the course, students will be able to display a basic understanding of Qigong.
