About the Course
This class is a combination of yoga and Pilates. At the end of the course, students will have learned how to gently lengthen and sculpt their body, increase core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, reduce stiffness and relax. No previous knowledge of yoga or Pilates is necessary, and all levels are welcome.
