About the Course
This six-week course is designed to guide and inspire adults who wish to write engaging and memorable children's books. Through a combination of activities, students will learn the fundamentals of writing for children, explore various genres and age groups, and develop the skills necessary to create compelling stories that captivate young readers. By the end of the course, students will have rediscovered the power of imagination and the joy of storytelling. They will understand the interplay between words and illustrations, the basics of plot structuring and description as well as how to create characters to captivate the imagination of children.
